The Christ the King Inshore Classic was started in 2009 with a primary goal being to create a great, family-oriented, fishing tournament that kids and adults could enjoy. A secondary goal is raising funds for Christ the King School and Parish Endowment Funds. Christ the King Parish is comprised of nearly 1600 families living throughout Baldwin County, from Spanish Fort to Foley. Approximately 300 of these families have children attending CTK School, which is located in downtown Daphne.
In our first four years we have averaged 250
anglers and awarded over $40,000 in cash and
prizes. This year we are hoping for another
great turnout. Click on the link below for directions and GPS coordinates. Weigh-in begins at 2:00 pm and ends at 5:00 pm sharp. Free food, door prizes, sodas, beer, live music and entertainment for young kids will be available. No boat? No problem! All category fish are easily caught from the numerous public piers in our area.
Entry fee is only $20 and t-shirts, caps and visors are available for an additional fee. The tournament committee is actively looking for various levels of sponsorship ranging from title sponsorship, category sponsorship and general sponsorship (i.e. we will accept any other monetary or door prize donations). All donations are tax deductible. Sponsorship in this regional tournament is a great way to give to the church and community,
